Seatree Estates Villas selects North Coast Management
SeaTree Estates, located only minutes from the famous Playa Grande Golf Club and Beach on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, offers pristine, oversized oceanfront luxury villas uniquely designed and custom developed to immediate rental or private use and is a a new and totally exclusive gated, oceanfront luxury villa community. Seatree Estates has selected in December North Coast Management to provide preferred luxury villa rental and property management services. North Coast Management, a Dominican Republic property management company is to be the preferred provider of comprehensive property management and luxury villa rental services to the luxury villas of SeaTree.

North Coast Management provides its management services to additional villas in the surrounding area, including Villa Castellamonte, Flying Cloud and Villa Agualinda. Villa Cantamar, the first luxury villa to be completed at SeaTree, has already retained North Coast Management.
